Having a great respond to our first workshop for beginners and requests for more we continue the introductory classes for the total beginners.
You can do yoga. It is more about you state of mind than the state of the body, and as you flex your mind the body will respond.
Series for beginners who never took yoga classes, who worry that they are not fit enough to do yoga and for all those who are afraid that acrobatic poses are not for them.
We will learn:
5/15 * basic standing poses
5/22 * sun salutation which is like abc in yoga language
6/05 * proper breathing and simple breathing exercises that
you can even do on the subway or at your desk
6/12 * we will stretch, balance and relax
