Class Descriptions

Beginners/Basic the foundations of yoga, class for the new students who have never practiced yoga and for everybody else. If you have a worse days or less energy take this class instead of your regular practice. Basic asana and meditation. No inversions.

Open class open to all levels but students should have at least 3 months of regular practice and be able to adjust the practice to their level. You many not be able to do everything that is in that class and ... it's OK.

Vinyasa yoga where the breath and movement is synchronized, where you move on inhale or exhale, could be slow pace or fast pace, usually very physical and intense practice. You will sweat.

Therapeutic yoga for those who cannot practice intensively, because of the age or injuries.
Therapeutic yoga has a slow paste and benefits of the regular exercise
Stretching and relaxing the muscles,
Strengthening the spine
Calming nervous and regulating hormonal systems
Reducing stress
Making you feel better

Basic Yoga - if you still learning basic asanas (poses) of yoga or if you need to feel like a beginner again that`s a great class for you. Simple but sweaty class with sun salutations, worriers and balancing poses.

Slow yoga
- slow but intense class, longer held poses and deep breathing
that allows to build a lot of heatin the body.
The benefits are: purification of the body trough intense sweating, training the mind to stay
focus on the practice. A lot of twists and deep abdominal breathing.

Yoga abs - class where yoga poses are utilized to build strong core. Yoga experience is not required.

Abs express - 10 min cardio i 20 min abs exercises on the mat, with ball, rubber bands and more.
Quick and effective. Open to all levels.
